Giles left Dartington College of Arts in 1987 and since then has worked extensively for Kneehigh, including touring ‘The Red Shoes’ to China, Syria, Lebanon, Hungary, Monaco, Denmark and Norway and the highly acclaimed ‘Tristan & Yseult’. He departed to steer the theatre ship Fitzcarraldo, travel the west coast of Europe and play in the band Bagattack.
