Kneehigh Return to Bristol!

Kneehigh Return to Bristol!

We return to Bristol with our blazing new show. Fasten your seat belts; it’s going to be one hell of a night!

"A riot... Would I go and see this again? Like a shot."
**** The Times

"Madcap mastery and jukebox hijinks...Bright, bold and timeless"
****The Guardian

"Here's the surest betting: once seen, this show must be seen again... and yet again. It's that good." *****Liverpool Echo

"It’s punk, it’s political, and it’s hugely entertaining. Gay wrote The Beggar’s Opera as a furious rant against the world, government and class system of the time: a musical of the streets. Brecht famously remodelled it to rail against fascism in The Threepenny Opera. We’ve made a version for 2014: The women are powerful, the ending’s very different, we have some new characters and plotlines and an amazing cast. And, of course, it’s full of Kneehigh’s typical brand of exuberance, energy, music and dance. You’ll also recognise a few Kneehigh favourites in the cast including Giles King, Patrycja Kuwaska and Ian Ross."
Mike Shepherd, Director

Until 31 Jul, we’ve got a special early bird offer on tickets!
