Also new to the panel is Royal Ballet principal dancer Edward Watson.
The biennial award, which launched in 2010 and is open to emerging choreographers of all ages, provides a prize of more than £40,000.
Returning judges include Scottish Ballet artistic director Christopher Hampson and Phoenix Dance Theatre artistic director Sharon Watson.
They will select one or more winner, who will have the chance to create a showcase of new work in 2014.
Bourne said: “None of us at the company anticipated the huge appetite for an award of this kind the first time around. James Cousins [the previous winner] has gone on to establish an enviable career as an international choreographer of contemporary dance and I am very much looking forward to finding our next winner.”
