During this visit there are two opportunities to meet Charlotte and find out more about the support ITC offers.
An informal networking event hosted by ITC and Kneehigh. Hear about the support that ITC offers to performing companies and independent producers. This is also an opportunity to find out more about Theatre Tax Relief, the government’s new financial incentive to encourage the production of more shows.

This one day course enables participants to conduct successful negotiations and to formalise the results into simple, effective and legally binding contracts.
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
Understand the legal framework for negotiating contracts
Use negotiating techniques to improve their deals
Comprehend the terminology of contract law
Feel confident in using contracts in their business dealings
Deal with breaches of contract

This course is for anyone who has to negotiate contracts in their work. Though it starts with basic principles, it will also be helpful to those wishing to refresh their knowledge and improve their skills.

There is a limited capacity for this training day and booking is essential. This course is usually £175 plus VAT in London for non ITC members. However we are able to offer subsidised places to eligible employed and self-employed arts professionals in Cornwall. A contribution of £10 per participant is required towards the cost of lunch and refreshments.
